Individual Psychotherapy for Adults

About Me

Hello,
I am a medical doctor specializing in psychiatry and a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) consultant. I received my Master’s degree in Medicine from Vilnius University in 2021 and completed my psychiatry residency in 2025. I provide psychotherapy for adults aged 18 and over.

In my work, I use evidence-based and modern cognitive behavioural therapy methods. During consultations, I help people gain a deeper understanding of themselves, overcome emotional difficulties, and build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

If you are currently facing internal challenges, I invite you to pause, take a fresh look at yourself, and together we can explore ways to help you feel better.

Methods

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is becoming more and more popular type of psychotherapy, which has been scientifically proven to be effective. Cognitive and behavioural therapy is based on the scientifically proven fact that a person's well-being is determined by his or her thinking, i. y. how we feel doesn’t depend on what happens to us, but on how we understand what happened to us. We are used to believing and saying the opposite: events or other people make us angry, sad, anxious, or happy. However, it is obvious that different people in the same situation may perceive and interpret it differently, and therefore experience different feelings. In the process of therapy I also use the techniques of schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, meditation, relaxation.
